The Southern Arizona Geographers Association (SAGA) is a graduate student led organization in the School of Geography and Development. Each year, SAGA brings in an influential speaker as part of the SGD Colloquium Series. This fall, SAGA has invited Dr. David Harvey, a Distinguished Professor of Geography and Anthropology at City University of New York, to speak. Dr. Harvey is one of the world's leading intellectuals and one of the most cited individuals in the humanities and social sciences. Dr. Harvey's talk will take place on the afternoon of September 20 from 3:30 - 5:00pm in Harvill room 150. Please see the attached flyer for more information, and join SAGA and SGD in welcoming Dr. David Harvey to Tucson and the University of Arizona.
