     Airport

By Air:

Tucson is currently served by Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, United and US Airways.  As there is a $9 per day parking fee at the Tucson Marriott University Park hotel, if you are traveling by air to the conference we recommend flying into Tucson International Airport (TUS) and taking the Arizona Stage Coach Door to Door Shuttle (520-889-1000).  If you do so, you should make shuttle reservations ahead of time. The fee is approximately $24 one-way, which if traveling by yourself, is cheaper than taking a taxi.  (Be aware that taxi rates in Arizona are unregulated.)   Should you choose to rent a car, the hotel is 8 miles, a 20-minute drive, from TUS, or 100 miles and an hour and 45-minute (under normal traffic conditions) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX).  If you’re a public transit fan and have the time for a leisurely journey, the #6 Suntran bus will eventually take you from the airport to Euclid and University Avenue, a couple of short blocks from the hotel (current cash fare is $1.50 one-way).  Once on site you will find all conference events, plenty of bar and restaurant options, and the brand spanking new Tucson Modern Streetcar close by, so having a car during the days of the Meeting is not necessary.

By Car:

From TUS, exit on Tucson Boulevard. Turn left on Valencia then right on Park traveling north toward the Catalina Mountains. Park will become Euclid. Continue driving north. Turn right on 2nd Street traveling east toward the Rincon Mountains. The hotel is located one block up 2nd street on the right side.

From PHX and points west and north, take I-10 to Tucson. Exit I-10 at Speedway Boulevard. Turn left onto Speedway and drive about two miles eastward. Turn right onto Euclid then left on 2nd Street. The Marriott is located one block up 2nd Street on the right.
