Vendor Registration for APCG 2014, Tucson, Arizona

 

Please join us as we welcome students, faculty, and professionals from across the Pacific Coast to Tucson September 24-27.  Because the APCG has not been to Tucson for three decades, we are expecting 300+ attendees.  With paper sessions running between 8-5PM, Friday and Saturday, vendors will have ample opportunity to meet and greet most all conference attendees.  Your $500 registration fee includes a 6 foot table at the heart of the conference space in the Marriott Hotel.  The floorplan of the conference is set up so that the vendor room is surrounded by presentation rooms, ensuring that your display will be highly trafficked.  Further opportunities to reach out to attendees are available by supporting one or more of the following options.

1. Brocure in Registration Packet, $100

 

2. Sponsorhip of Opening Night Reception, Wednesday, September 24th (limit 1 vendor)

    a. $2,500

   b. Be the sole sponsor of the opening night APCG reception.  Be the only vendor at the reception and recognized in the opening comments.

3. Sponsorship of "The Night at the Museum," Thursday, September 25th (limit 1 vendor)

   a. $1,600

   b. Be the sole sponsor of the Night at the Museum dinner.  Be the only vendor at the event.

4. Sponsorship of Continental Breakfast, Friday, September 26th (limit 1 vendor)

    a. $3,000

   b. Be the sole sponsor of the continental breakfast, which will be hosted in the vendor room.

5. Sponsorship of Presidential Poster Session, Friday, September 26th (limit 1 vendor)

   a. $1,300

   b. Be the sole sponsor of the Presidential Poster Session.  Be the only vendor at the event.

6. Sponsorship of Continental Breakfast, Saturday, September 27th, (limit 1 vendor)

    a. $3,000
