PhD Student Sayanangshu Modak receives SBSRI Dissertation Research Grant

Congrats to PhD student Sayanangshu Modak for recently receiving the SBSRI Dissertation Research Grant to fund his dissertation project titled Unpacking India's Hydrocracy: Discourses and Transboundary Power Dynamics of the Farakka Barrage Project.
This will allow him to conduct his fieldwork in the upstream of the Farakka Barrage Project starting in January.
