Water rights and the Constitution in Chile: A memoir
In this talk I will describe my experience participating in Chile's recent (and failed) efforts to draft a new Constitution, focusing especially on the conflictive topic of water rights. I will also reflect on my own winding path through more than 30 years of working in Chile on water law and political economy.
