Jonathan (Yoni) Goodman awarded Arizona-Mexico Transboundary Scholarship

Jonathan (Yoni) Goodman was recently awarded an Arizona-Mexico Transboundary Scholarship from the Arizona Hydrological Society to study restoration efforts in the Colorado River Delta. His project brings together ecological restoration, the International Boundary and Water Commission’s legal framework, and water market reforms in the U.S. and Mexico.
