MDP student Avery Julian Baker served in the Peace Corps in the remote Pacific republic of Vanuatu from 2015-2017 as a water, sanitation, and health volunteer. In summer 2019, Avery conducted his MDP practicum in Nepal on high-altitude agriculture. In this Practice Brief, Avery shared lessons learned from across those two experiences about the crucial role of collaboration in development practice.
