Sophia Borgias has accepted a position at Boise State University 

Sophia Borgia has accepted a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor in the School of Public Service at Boise State University, teaching in their Interdisciplinary Programs in Environmental Studies, Urban Studies, and Global Studies. She will start in August 2021 after spending a year working on a research project about resistance to large rural-to-urban water transfers in the Great Basin region in collaboration with Dr. Kate Berry at University of Nevada-Reno. Sophia is on target to defend her dissertation about tribal water rights in California this summer 2020.
