Dr. Linda Choi successfully defends dissertation

A hearty congratulations to Linda Choi for successfully defending her dissertation today.  The dissertation is titled "Solidarity Food Networks and Agrarian Livelihoods in Oaxaca, Mexico" (no colon needed! 🙂).  A very special thanks to committee members Stefano Bloch, Andrew Curley, and Tad Mutersbaugh (Department of Geography, University of Kentucky).
